By registering and participating in this event, you consent to the recording of your likeness, image, and/or voice and authorize the Mid-America Gamers Expo (MAGE) to use photographs, video, and audio recordings containing your likeness, image, and/or voice in any medium for any purpose.

The MAGE Management Team is currently monitoring the COVID positivity rate and hospitalizations in the region. We are also tracking the CDC Guidelines and the policies, mandates and recommendations of the local health department. Masking will be strongly encouraged for all unvaccinated attendees and we will have hand sanitizer stations located near the entrances. In addition, all shared gaming gear will be sanitized between users. Gamers in both Tournaments, as well as those in the LAN Party will be REQUIRED to bring their own headsets for sanitary reasons.

Additionally, by attending this event, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and will not hold MAGE, the Iowa West Foundation, Iowa Western Community College or any of its partners or sponsors in any way responsible for any consequences related to such exposure.
